My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room, although a bit dated, had all the essentials like a mini-fridge, microwave, and a balcony overlooking a wooded area. However, there were some minor issues like ink pen scribbles on the wall and a strong deodorized scent. The service was friendly, but there were some instances of unprofessional behavior like incorrect charges. The location was good for my needs and close to Indiana Dunes Park. The dining options were sufficient given the current circumstances. Facilities were adequate.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, though a little dated, were very large and clean, with a HUGE, well-maintained bathroom. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very detail-oriented, but I encountered some issues with room service. The location was great for exploring the Indiana Dunes area, being very close to the wonderful beaches of Lake Michigan, however, the building seemed hard to maintain. The dining, though had some good options, had room for improvement. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with beautiful views of the hillside surrounded by trees from my old fashioned but nice room. The balcony overlooking the woods was a delightful touch, although the presence of smoking rooms was a drawback.
